I apparently just barely qualify as a Kingdom, so huzzah for me. My first impulse is to try to make something along the lines of a Rapture or Fallout-style Vault city network to keep myself from being battered into submission by raving lunatics with untold nuclear arsenals. I mean, holy shit, Shep has a top-tier country. I think it's all downhill from that. Is there anyone out there who isn't looking to cause some variety of omnicide?

The League Of Unaligned Nations (LUN) calls for an end to TithonusSyndrome's pointless invasion of ZorTopia.

We also wish to collaborate in the efforts of the Alliance of Advanced Nuclear Research and Space to create a new energy infrastructure on the planet - perhaps by providing natural resources and convenient launch sites, in return for student exchange and uranium enrichment deals.

The 2nd Free Republic of PeZookia also wishes to express a desire to enter a free trade union with other LUN nations.

Also, Shadow needs to shut up and stop picking fights with stronger nations. His assassination attempts against the Fungal League are threatening global stability.

Covenant: There's the Old Boy's club, and the Fungal League seems pretty peaceful, is somewhat insane (robot raptors?). And, of course, there is the LUN, which seeks to create a zone of security for the medium nations of SD.net World, and aid stronger nations in their pursuit of nuclear and space technology.

The LUN wishes to propose an establishment of a humanitarian effort to help citizens of ZorTopia. The 2nd Republic pledges to establish refugee camps on its territory, and use its naval assets, such as they may be, to expedite the effort to deliver food, medication and other supplies for distribution amongst Zorian civilians.

On behalf of the fine people of the Kingdom of Zoria, i am greatful for this aid, several villiages were attacked with gas and incindiary missiles before we could respond. We also are happy to accept foreign coal and iron, things our steel industries (and by extention, shipbuilding and machine tool industries) dearly need, we have dispatched several engineers from Royal Zorian Nautical Engineering on one of our SP-10 Pheonix supersonic passenger jets to the Second Republic and a shipload of top notch machine tools to assit you in your development. We also are looking to the Red Technocracy for robotics in helping us develop our automobile industry.

The II Republic accepts Zoria's aid with gratitude. Our country is just entering the second phase of industrialization, and the expertise of Zorian engineers will be most welcome for the development of our strategic industries.

The II Republic's Foreign Ministry is willing to enter student exchange programs between our universities, and should Zoria enter the LUN, all foreign visa requirements for her citizens shall be removed.

The II Republic shall use resources and expertise provided by Zoria to establish our first large-scale steel mills and shipyards capable of producing large merchant vessels. First estimates show the II Republic shall gain the capability to produce mechant ships between 5 and 15 thousand BRT. A naval engineering school shall also be established in the major coastal city of Amelia. Within five years, the shipyards will start accepting foreign orders, as the first batch of qualified professionals will leave our schools and be ready to work in our shipyards.

The Foreign Ministry is also currently working on release of national information.

I think it's pretty certain if he insists on "staying the course" we would have to sink his Navy which is hardly more than a few frigates or a destroyer, give or take a few littoral ships and possible torp boats.

It's up to Zoria to incur reparations from Syndrome. If the latter resists *chuckles* I agree, this is way more efficient than the United Nations.
