Doctor Who is a family show, not a children's show. It's designed to appeal to adults and children alike. SJA is designed purely for children.

That's ironic since as said before The Sarah Jane Adventures seemed more grown up and coherent than Torchwood in their first seasons.

Except that one time he used the alien perfume to get a woman and her boyfriend objected: Owen then used the perfume on him, and seemed quite pleased at the prospect of a threesome. While he clearly used the perfume out of desperation to avoid a fight, he didn't seem the tiniest bit uncomfortable with the outcome.

Clearly I've blotted that one from my mind. though in the spirit of fairness, I must say, threesomes don't inherently mean homosexuality.

They sure don't. Anyone who's been in one can tell you it's nothing to do with having the orifice of the same sex to play with. Though one male to two females would be my preference, but I'm a sucker for dominant girlies at times.

But in this case both of them were fixated on Owen due to the perfume. Owen seemed perfectly happy with the boyfriend coming on to him.
