100 ST or SW Infantry Soldiers vs Arulco

A SW or ST power want to take the terran island of
Arulco(from Jagged Alliance 2) from an opposing
mercenary force. They will send 100 of their basic
infantry soldier(only soldiers no extras or special
forces) commanded by an average commander.

You will be in command of the defense of Aruclo.
You will get 17 fellow mercenaries.

40-120 milita soldiers per town equiped with AK47s
+ 6 handgranades + kevlar personal armor for
protection.

12 old T-54 tanks

You and your fellow mercenary can get any currenty
available equipment that can be carries & used by
a single person.
Which SW or ST powers could you beat under these
conditions?

Aginst stormys I'm forked(To an extent) the T-72s can be blow apart by T-21s so I want to try and keep them back a firing support mission

Aginst the ST forces I can simply charage the Pajama warriors and squish them beneath the T-72s
