It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses.

I was trying to make the Jay and Silent Bob one smaller but, it wouldn't save it so I got rid of it.

The Voyeurism one is good. As for the rest ... well, let's just say that every demotivational poster with an anime or videogame character on it is an automatic fail.

I don't mind demotivational posters about videogames or anime if they use the pictures to illustrate a point. I don't like it when the poster itself is just a lame attempt to reference some video-game/anime phenomenon.

And yeah, the voyeurism one's pretty cool. :P

Yeah, well, you know as well as I do that if every single anime or videogame character poster was removed from this thread, it would be a net improvement.

Let us test your hypothesis, please. I would be inclined to agree, in most cases.

Someone needs to prove that an anime/video game demotivator can be funny, though. I was thinking something along the lines of "Anime: WTF?!" with a random, strange, crack induced anime screenshot. Possibly one of Rozen Maidens' more surreal moments. (Saw it at Comic Con last year... Seriously, WTF?"

I figured I'd give the videogame/ anime character motivational poster a try. And I did it using an anime styled videogame!

Ah, the game that has been described as "the Falcon 4.0 of rape simulations."

That's a real game?

If people want to get sexual thrills out of simulated rape without hurting anyone, get a real woman and convince her to do a harmless role-play with you.

Yes, it's very real. I didn't believe it until I played it. Which I'm sad to say, I did. It was like watching a car accident or midget porn, you just have to try it once no matter how much self-loathing is involved afterwards.

It's... Umm... Creeptacular? Yeah...

This game seems to be targeted at the creepy pervert who can't get the courage up to talk to a breathing woman. IIRC (it was over a year ago that I tried this game, and quickly uninstalled then deleted it out of pure shame) that's pretty much the personality of the character that you play as.

Though I gotta say, the comedy value of a country whose "decency laws" allow a game where forcible rape of several young women is the only goal, yet requires mosaic censorship of the genitals in all pornography is almost worth it. Almost.

Googled this after seeing the poster... The game is awfully disturbing, but the review is somewhat funny.

It's pretty much designed to destroy any faith you have in humanity, with its simulated pregnancy-by-rape and forced abortions.

Besides all the horrible horrible things that the game features, the other weird bit is that illusion's other games aren't anywhere as fucked up as Rapelay. So I've really got no explanation for it's existence than to shrug my shoulders and say "Japan."

Quote from the review:
At a Glance: In the past Hentai games have often catered to casual rape enthusiasts. These are perfectly normal folks like you, me and your next door neighbor who only leaves his apartment to buy canned meat and plastic tarps. I like to think of this audience as the "beer and pretzel" rape gamer. They're interested in a fun "pick up and play" rape game and they don't want to get bogged down in details. Then there are the rape grognards who want a rape simulator to be as realistic as possible. They want it to include accidental pregnancies, crying, abortion, threat of murder, fuel mixture, full elevator control, and pre-rape start-up checks. RapeLay is the grognard's rape simulator. It is the Falcon 4.0 of rape.

So, boxes of that game must be what comes in the "40-pound box of rape", then... :?
Something about Libertarianism always bothered me. Then one day, I realized what it was:
Libertarian philosophy can be boiled down to the phrase, "Work Will Make You Free."

In Libertarianism, there is no Government, so the Bosses are free to exploit the Workers.
In Communism, there is no Government, so the Workers are free to exploit the Bosses.
So in Libertarianism, man exploits man, but in Communism, its the other way around!

If all you want to do is have some harmless, mindless fun, go H3RE INST3ADZ0RZ!!

Power doesn't suit that one very well, though it is awesome. Maybe "Promotion/Rank"? :P

Figures. I was thinking of doing a "Promotion" one, but stuck with quoting the game, since you really don't get a promotion after he's....gone.

In any case...

Pilot, that's...that's beautiful. I remember watching that briefing when I was 9 years old and going "oh my god someone just shot him oh god oh god."

Then Kane shoved him out of the chair and sat down and I knew that this was the dawn of a new age of awesome.

Ok so I just wanted to see giant CGI boobies...
