Do you understand words like "correlation" and "tendency" and "disproportionate" or do I need to bring out a copy of Websters? That traditional southern bigoted mentality is not a skin color people are born with. They can certainly enlighten themselves and choose not to hold the viewpoints that a lot of southerns have. That's the difference. Black people don't choose to be black.
