The Flood, the Borg and the Xenomorphs are released on Corusant by a Mad-man. The three species each manage to infest a large portion of the planet surface and population. (1/5th each). Emperor Palpatine, with Lord Vader at his side, has declared a quarantine for the time being, and dosen't wish to waste anymore assets by bringing them to the planet. He also refuses to leave his seat of power or destroy the planet though DZB or by Death Star. He has 2/5ths of the forces of Corusant remaing at his disposal.......

Does Corusant become completely infested, and if so, by which alien race?

the flood is an adaptiave parasitic life form from the xbox game halo which can burrow into a "host" take over their body and then mutate them into weird creatures

The flood is a fungus that attacks sentient life forms, takes over and then uses the hot body to kill other sentient life forms to infect, eventually turning the host into a spore pod that will explode, spread spores and continue the process. It's from "Halo".

Think a Biological, undead-like Version of the Borg.

i think it takes at least an hour but im not sure (havn't played halo in a while) but i think it's somthing like an hour or two between when you lose contact with a force of UNSC marines and when you get there. and when you get there the flood are all over the place

Hmmm. Methinks the flood will make substantial gains over the Borg and Xenomorgh, but once the Empire swings into action, they will ultimately triumph.

Given the very Nature of Courscant its gonnna be hard to root out everything(Miles and Miles of Corridors)

However 2/5s still gives you a few MILLION Troopers and armed Citizins and the shields will fork over the Flood and XenoMorphs bad

The Xenomorphs will be the worst to root out while the Borg are most annoying

I'm thinking that a Bio-Virus or two would be created to combat these foes then they clean them off the surface of the planet

Overwhell them with Self-Destruct armed Droids, The Borg can't assimlate them before they go boom, Useless to the Flood and Xenomorphs....
