I enjoy inking the lines and fleshing the pic out, but I've yet to get back into coloring. I lost my wacom in the move and have yet to try brushing up on my lost painting skills. I have a hard time with coloring seeing as how I mostly envision these things in black and white anyways. I try coloring sometimes, but I don't find it very satisfying.

Then you're adding some extra volume and dimension to the work, without getting distracted with chroma - which *can* be distracting when you're primarily interested in defining form.

I have the luxury of having a job thats busy maybe two hours out of my day. Lots of free time and stationary to practice with. One of my co-workers is a graphics designer by trade and she gave me some pointers too.

That was the serious answer.

I'm using wrist steroids to juice up my abilities. Unfortunately I now have a huge sloping forearm and atrophied pinkies.
