Oh, yeah, I hate levels like that...

I loved RB6, but I like Ghost Recon cause of the 'outdoor' combat. RB6 followed a close second, with Rogue Spear following just behind. Splinter Cell and SoAF were both good games, too. As a matter of fact, I have never played a Clancy game that I just didn't like.

I liked Splinter Cell, but then it was over the end... no reply vaule at all...

And I've played the rest except for Ghost Recon(And I hated the Hyper accurate terriorts of Raven shield, I'm forking walking down a hall at 2 MPD(Per Day) and they spin around and headshot me while running backwords half the time...

I have to go with Rainbow 6 - again, because it was the first. I loved it soooo much. Rogue Spear is a close second, followed by Ghost Recon.

SoAF is WAY down the bottom. Splinter Cell is good, but I have only played the demo so can't really comment.

Oh and http://www.warofinfamy.com is the best GR mod ever.

IIRC, only Rainbow six got made while Clancy owned Red Storm, he sold it off pretty fast.

Do you know where to find C-64 emulator's ? You can also find the roms for them. I dont know if I should say more, not sure if it violates board policy. But you can play the game if you know where to find it. I actually still have my C-64 and the game but I use the emulator now days.

I wouldnt think that C-64 stuff comes anywhere near warez/copyright issues....commodore died a death long ago and most companies have ok'd thier c-64 stuff into the public domian....but anyway....I have to say I did actually enjoy the stealth creeping around stuff more than rest.....

1) Ghost Recon
2) Black Thorn
3) Desert Siege
3) Rogue Spear
4) Rainbow Six
5) Urban Opperations

Those are all of the Tom Clancy games I have played and thats the order in which I like them.

Ghost Recon, followed closely by Rainbow 6. Pretty realistic and has alot of replay value. Doesn't get much better than that.
They say, "the tree of liberty must be watered with the blood of tyrants and patriots." I suppose it never occurred to them that they are the tyrants, not the patriots. Those weapons are not being used to fight some kind of tyranny; they are bringing them to an event where people are getting together to talk. -Mike Wong

But as far as board culture in general, I do think that young male overaggression is a contributing factor to the general atmosphere of hostility. It's not SOS and the Mess throwing hand grenades all over the forum- Red

Hey, i just bought SoAF for 6 bucks, good game for the price, lol. It wasn't that bad. Not much replay value, but it is good if you just wanna sit down and go to shooting. Good short term entertainment. I could see it being a successful arcader.

I didn't play Ghost Recon, but from the rest I liked Rogue Spear the best (I cheated through those dumb sneak missions, though. I just HATE them.)

I have to agree with Shep and Ando here; Rainbow 6 was the original. None of the other games can replace my memories of playing R6 to death. Now that I look back on it, it's pretty crappy, but at the time, it was amazing.

Oh, and I didn't mind the infiltration missions that much. At first. Then they started getting boring.

Rogue Spear sucked, IMO. Splinter Cell looks cool from what I can tell, but I haven't played it yet, so I can't judge it, other than to say nostalgia for R6 beats it.
And you may ask yourself, 'Where does that highway go to?'
