for me it's a tossup between the tossers at Sony (Rootkit), Symantic (Norton is a Virus), and Microsoft (we will make Vista suck so much that it will make Win 2000 seem like a stable system)

Well, Corel got criticized for some license enforcement software they shipped with their X4 suite (perhaps undeservedly). Many game companies, like EA, install anti-copying programs that are known for causing severe performance slowdowns on user systems and that are difficult to uninstall. I'd venture that the companies who install Star Force probably come the closest at this point.
