Two ways to interpret this.

"The rifle itself has no moral stature, since it has no will of its own. Naturally, it may be used by evil men for evil purposes, but there are more good men than evil, and while the latter cannot be persuaded to the path of righteousness by propaganda, they can certainly be corrected by good men with rifles."

That last 'peace' picture...is that a Homeworld2 mod? The guns on the ship in the foreground look like the guns on some of the HW2 ships, and I'm pretty sure one of the background ships is a Flak Frigate.

Looks like Point Defense Systems. Decent enough, if you ignore all the back story they try to ladle in. Essentially, it adds more dakka to everything.
According to wikipedia, "the Mohorovičić discontinuity is the boundary between the Earth's crust and the mantle."
According to Starbound, it's a problem solvable with enough combat drugs to turn you into the Incredible Hulk.

I wonder if it'd even be possible to win the Zergling Rush scenario. Once you use up your pawns, some breathing room might be available.

Not if white goes first. White just takes e6xf7++ or g6xf7++

It would be fun to try black going first though.

It's so meta it hurts. Of course, if you actually know what is being talked about and you aren't using the stupid caption version of motivators that have become popular the anime ones can still work, but still, annoying for outsiders.

This may be a close example of one done right.

This too because the facial expression carries the weight of the joke and it is actually pretty close to the demotivator format.

Image

On the other hand, this one, while awesome if you know what is going on, doesn't work with the format quite as well. Still better than 95% of the rest out there.

And if you stick to the earlier versions most of the battles look like that footage of Baghdad at night during the Gulf War (I'd say like nBSG but there's not enough flak).

The new version has some perks though..

Even if black goes first it's impossible, if black takes either e6 or g6 with f7 then white just pushes f6 for checkmate. And black using e7 or g7 to take any pawn results in f7 being taken with a pawn for checkmate.

Given the quality in other rule 34 related pictures, and how close they match the original art style, it's also possible that someone drew the picture from scratch.
