Having witnessed the mauling of my team by the Buccaneers twice, I am somewhat partial to Tampa Bay.

Defense wins championships. I think the bucs will give Gannon problems, and slow down the Raider O. If Brad Johnson doesn't get hurt, it could be a close game.

Raiders have the best offense but a lackluster defense.

Tampa has the best defense and a realy goo offense.

Add it all up and Tampa comes out on top. If the best defese can stop the best offense, Tampa oughta score enough to win. The Raiders defense won't be able to stop them.

I don't watch football. :) But I'd go with the Raiders, anyways. Just because. :)

Meteor hits the stadium just before halftime.

No, I'm not bitter at all.

Tampa Bay's defense is insane. I just sat there in tears watching the Tampa Bay defense repeatedly hitting Michael Vick like a wall of bricks.

Both teams were my Superbowl picks, and I like both, but I think the Bucs will come out on top.

And they deserve it, they've never been to the superbowl before! I'd like to see thme walk away with the Lombardi. :)

I want Tampa Bay to win. Their fans have put up with losing season after losing season for a very long time. They deserve a win.

I say the Bucs win it since they have at least a better offense then the Raiders have defense...and honestly that's where it'll matter. As for the Raiders it'll be an uphill war, but if Kanon pulls it off, I'll be impressed.

well, i'm pulling for the buc's...mainly because my burning hatred for the raiders has been amplified by the fact they beat the Pat's in prime time...... grrrrrrrr Hey Gannon? who won the snow bowl bitch? who got to spank the Rams in the big game last year? you? NOPE! Al 'whiney-boy' Davis must not get the Lombardi to hoist over his head this year so that i may continue to taunt my Raiders fan friends. to hell with the tuck rule.

Jets-Eagles. That would have been a game. Here's to next year, I suppose. :(

And I turn 23 next year. Sad, isn't it? There hasn't been a pro championship in this town since I was two years old. The last big win was 'Nova in the NCAA tournament in '85 (only men's national college basketball championship in Philadelphia history--go Wildcats).

Bah...my aunt's a Temple professor. That's the one Philly team we'll have to disagree on :D. At least my Div II college is 18-1 right now. #9 in the nation last I heard, and that's because 6 of the 8 in front of us have had relatively easy schedules so far.

My opinion of this year's Superbowl.

I don't really care for either team. So I'll pick the Raiders, just because they're closer!

I'm glad I'm not an Owls fan right now. Jesus, that'd be a kick in the ass--Eagles embarass themselves and then the Owls playing flat out terrible basketball...

Being a Big 5 fan is sorta weird, at least for me. I root for Nova, obviously, because I go there, but once Nova is out, I'll root for the surviving Big 5 teams, if any. I guess I'm a Philly guy (well, Philadelphia Metropolitan Area, anyway) before anything else.

Its all about the Bucs, they have the best defense period and the offense has finally materialized with Johnson at the controls.

Actually I think the funniest storyline fo the Sb is that BOTH Quarterbacks are former Redskins quarterbacks (Gannon under Pettibon in '93 and Johnson under Turner from '99-'01)

Raiders. No particular reason. Just fiat.

Okay I have a bet going: if the Raiders win, I get to fuck the hell out of this cute Shawnee boy's ass we got staying here. Buckies win, he fucks me. Come to think of it, either way, I win!!!

The Raiders win. This is because the Bucs do not have the best defense in the NFL. The Eagles have the best defense in the NFL. The championship game never happened; the Eagles decided to generously cede their place in the Superbowl to the Bucs.

Do you hear me? THE CHAMPIONSHIP GAME NEVER HAPPENED!

The Raiders are more likely to win, but I think that the Bucs have a chance.
