Of course there's no easy way of saying how much it would go for, but estimating based on the current characters trades, i think you'd be looking for around 5.5bill for that. Logistics Lvl 5 is also a selling point as that allows access to the triage mods on carriers nowadays, but due to the long training time most people don't bother training for them.

Well, in PotBS it ain't so bad. If done properly, being able to meet players off the ship in stations would probably be a good way to socialize (easier to talk with another human, than with a big-ass ship that makes yours look like a flea).
But yes, there's always a risk of it becoming a bad thing, like pretty much any change you introduce into an established game.
