My epitate????

"Fuck em if they can't take a joke!"
They say, "the tree of liberty must be watered with the blood of tyrants and patriots." I suppose it never occurred to them that they are the tyrants, not the patriots. Those weapons are not being used to fight some kind of tyranny; they are bringing them to an event where people are getting together to talk. -Mike Wong

But as far as board culture in general, I do think that young male overaggression is a contributing factor to the general atmosphere of hostility. It's not SOS and the Mess throwing hand grenades all over the forum- Red

I'd prefer:

Here lies most of Stauf;
excepting his brain and seed alone -
one offered up to benefit science,
the other to benefit mankind.
and few can guess as to which went where.
Note: I'm semi-retired from the board, so if you need something, please be patient.

Life was a bitch, and then I died.
Then they threw dirt on my face.
Then the worms started eating me.
I'm pretty happy it happened in that order.

Dammit Stormbringer! That's what I want! I told that to my Dad once and he thought I was nuts. Seriously, I'm thinking of getting cremated and having my ashes scattered in my hometown and in Korea.

I'm thinking either

"Here lies Stephen J Lord, and he's bloody annoyed."

Or from the songbook of the mighty Iron Maiden:

"I'm coming back, I will return. I now possess your body and I'll make you burn!"

Hey Keevan, I'm pleasantly surprised to learn that someone else around here likes (or has even heard of) Blind Guardian. What do you think of Iced Earth or Demons and Wizards? Go and register at www.ultimatemetal.com/forum and you'll find yourself amongst friends :).

*chuckles*
So, what do I think of Iced Earth or what do I think of Iced Earth & Blind Guardian (I know thats not 100% right but near enough.)

I've got pretty much everything by BG, a ton of IE and the DW CD.

IE have just signed to SPV Records and are working on a new album (The Glorious Burden) to be released later this year. There's a new D & W disc on the way too.

Add these to the new Maiden album (being recorded now), the new Ozzy best-of and the Queensryche remasters and I'm in for an expensive year

Just out of curiosity, how many other old-school metalheads do we have on this here forum?
