My Faves:

Gwen Raiden (from "Angel") Something tells me she's the bastard childe of Rouge, Catwoman and Electro...She embodies the best elements of all three.

Faith (From "Buffy" and "Angel") Ah, leather. Can snap your neck like celery, but she's emotionally unstable. "AAaaawwww...She needs a HUG"

More to come...I assure you....
ISARMA: Daikaiju Coordinator: Just Add Radiation
Justice League- Molly Hayes: Respect Hats or Freakin' Else!
Browncoat
Supernatural Taisen - "[This Story] is essentially "Wouldn't it be awesome if this happened?" Followed by explosions."

Reviewing movies is a lot like Paleontology: The Evidence is there...but no one seems to agree upon it.

"God! Are you so bored that you enjoy seeing us humans suffer?! Why can't you let this poor man live happily with his son! What kind of God are you, crushing us like ants?!" - Kyoami, Ran

Deadly chick. Like, some real drop-dead gorgeous heartbreaker who kicks a lotta ass. Faye Valentine is a femme fatale.
You've all got some wierd criteria.
A Femme Fatale does not need to be a warrior woman or kick-ass fighter. She causes havoc (either deliberately or inadvertedly) on her powors of attraction.

Such as Carmen, Cleopatra, etc.

I wouldn't class Faith as one, for example, nor Catwoman.
Although Poison Ivy is.

That Inner Brat is why I called Dragon Lady the Classic comic book Femme Fatal.

She not only cause distraction with her looks.
She was more then willing to kill the heroes when it was in her interest to do so. and after Terry and the Gang saved her ass from a worse bad guy, she decided to get the Teenaged Hero laid for his first time. (Though not with her.)

Hera
Joan of Arc (probably not looks, but for kicking ass)
Mara Jade
Leia Organa
Jaina Solo

some women in Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon (forgot their names)

Wow...that's a lot. Can't think of anymore at the moment.

Amoung Gods & Goddesses

Eris (Discord, Daughter of Ares and Aphrodite) qualifies

as in a strange Shapeshifting Bisexual way,
LOKI (Norse, god of Mischief, Chaos, etc.), he actually did shapeshift into women to distract male foes of the gods.

I'd forgotten about Milady - she's definitely up there!

I was trying to decide whether I'd put Mina Harker in this category, and decided I would, especially from some interpretations...
