"Depends" usually refers to the shortened phrase "Depends on the circumstances", ie, he could or could not have pissed himself. On the other hand, Depends also refers to a brand of adult diaper. The problem is that racist is an adjective, not a noun, so use of the possessive would be incorrect. Either way, he did it wrong.

Racist is also a noun, though. But the sentence structure eliminates that use of the word, so it makes no sense.
