While we are on the topic, I just got what "3rd Rock from the sun" meant by watching MIB 2 (just got the DVD). I think that the movie fell short of what it could have been. I also think that the first fell short but not by this much. Oh, and the alternate ending sucked shit, not that the ending that they choose was much better....

haha, this thread sure made everyone reflect on their lives outside this forum. :D

I do have a life. It involves schoolwork, flirting with girls, bothering my sister, daydreaming, saying the damnest things in school... etc and maybe the occasional stint on TurboCAD designing the latest wankfest I have in mind. :)

Nani? It's just Asuka looking over her shoulder.

Although in a few minutes, I'll probably be switching to Cammy...

Heh, I have a system for avatars for use on the board...

Once a week, I alternate between using my 30 Asuka avatars and my Cammy one. Obviously this week, I'll be using Cammy. But Asuka might find a way to creep back on. She does that, sometimes.

Big Bird is for when I go back to Cedar Rapids, usually for the weekends.

I'll admit that I don't have much of a life outside this forum, but I'm trying to change that. Perhaps if these so-called "friends" of mine would invite me to more places, I might actually have one.

Why don't you invite them somewhere and start it off? I think they would return the favor and invite you somewhere after you invited them somewhere.

I work in an internet cafe. What would you have me do when I'm not dealing with morons who are here for a overnighter from their cruise ship who don't speak a word of english, let alone know how to navigate the net.

Funny thing is, most people I know who consider not going anywhere to be 'not having a life' spend their evenings standing around someone's car in a mall parking lot, trying to figure out what's still open and what they can do. then they usually go back to someone's house, slouch around and talk about the exact same things the people 'without lives' talk about.

So it's not that they have lives, it's just that some are cotent with doing nothing at home, while they feel compelled to go to other places to do nothing. Now how pathetic is that?

My life seems to involve too much time on this board, too much time doing bastard Degree work...too much time working to in a shitty supermarket to support my crab-like existance & not enough time with the woman I love...

But Im planning on having an 'active' weekend...there will be a spring in my type come monday morning...
