Equilibrium - the movie

Post by Lagmonster »

Has anyone managed to see this limited-release movie? Everyone I know who HAS seen it claims that, while a bit preachy in the middle, contains some truly badass combat and fight scenes, which of course means I really have to see it.

If anyone knows anything about it, whether it is coming to Canada theatres or DVD eventually, etc. would be a big help.
Note: I'm semi-retired from the board, so if you need something, please be patient.

Seen it. It is a bit preachy, but it has some kickass fight scenes. I was able to see it at one of the cheap theatre in the area, but I think that's because the Mercado decided that the film wasn't making enough money to be profitable, so they sent it to the local dollar theatre (actually $3 but that's half the price of a student fare at the Mercado)
