Federal agents in the US are hunting for about 3,000 illegal Iraqi immigrants who have gone missing, The Washington Post has reported

'FBI/INS seeking x hundred thousand illegal immigrants' is enforcing the law. 'FBI seeking X thousand illegal immigrants from specific countries' sounds a lot more like a witch hunt. Considering things like the WWII internment of US citizens of Japanese extraction this kind of official behavior needs to be watched very, very closely.

Meaning they've broken multiple laws and defied court orders. Despite what you may wish to think, thousand so of people are rounded up from specific countries and deported all the time, the fact that the media is actually reporting it now doesn't mean the US has taken some huge new step towards fascism.
