If we're going to retaliate, we must concentrate our firepower. Massive, repeated attacks on an enemy, perhaps even time-coordinated if possible, to destroy them.
Attack their weaknesses to get at their strengths for powers that have specialized, which will then allow a general assault by the rest of us. I see that we're pounding heavily on certain enemies, but I think we can do a better job.

You're going to need 40 more research labs to get a boost, 10 won't do anything. (50 Research Labs brings you to 2 research poitns/turn expended).
Who has Spies? I suggest that whenever someone is chosen to be attacked, one person Spy out their military, then we coordinate attacks based on the enemy's equipment.

My question, though: why didn't you choose another victim in the TC? Instead you annoucned "fire at your discretion" and everyone started hosing down the nearest player rather than crushing someone one-by-one.

well, my 250k is gone. Wasted all in pumping up to attack bergen and it is getting hard for me to find people that has a lot of money just laying around to steal so I pumped some points into money per hour and now am getting 4300 per hour.

Aside from that, I fully intend to develop my armored divisions and mechanized infantry.

SH-60 provides a better naval bang for the buck. Not quite as tough on a dollar-for-dollar basis, but you spend only 2/3 as much for each point of attack.
