I have the original DC/Marvel Crossover. Is it valuable?

I have two of the original DC/Marvel crossovers. One is "Marvel Treasury Edition #28" and it features a team up between Supes and Spidey. It also features a fight between the Hulk and Supes himself. This is the pre-crisis Supes in full form. Basically, Superman shoved Spidey aside and stood in place with his hands on his hips while Hulk pounded on his chest... Hulk finally got tired and changed back to Banner. Anyone ever read this?

The other is "DC Comics and Marvel Comics proudly present: Batman and the Incredible Hulk." The Joker cons the Hulk into attacking Batman, and, after a strange duel that proves old Bats is too nimble for Big Green and that Hulk's hide is to thick to take any damage from Bats, Batman gassed the Hulk to put him to sleep. Anyone?

I don't know. Check eBay and see what it is going for. Some websites have the prices. Wizard I think does. It may not be free though.

It also depends on what shape it's in.
