A 22-in Samsung SyncMaster 2693HM - very sweet, and an ATI Radeon 4780 (the most powerful card my system could reasonably take advantage of).
Unfortunately the video card causes an annoying sound that I haven't yet managed to get used to (sort of like a barely audible hissing water pipe sound even though it's obviously just the fan) and my friend got the genius idea of turning my computer on its side to see - well, something.
Unfortunately for me, he didn't realise (and I wasn't paying attention) that I had my 4GB USB stick inserted on the right hand side of the tower (it has 2x USB ports on the side along with other things) - the act of putting it on its side obviously wrenched the stick out of the port, ruined the port, and reduced my lovely Sony 4GB microvault to a twisted wreck.
After much straining with a screwdriver to get the metal back in place, we put it in other port, it worked, I transferred all the data to my hard drive, and now I've got a fucked up port on my tower, and a useless memory stick.
Of course, it doesn't mean dick because I've got one port on the front side left and two spares on my keyboard (a Logitech G15) - but dont you fucking hate it when the "perfection" of your PC is ruined by something like this? Anyway to fix it? Can they replace those?
So got a new video card and monitor ...

You could replace it, but it'd require a soldering iron and a lot of patience.

If it's part of the case, it shouldn't really require soldering as they connect via pins on the motherboard. Problem is finding a connector that would fit in the case , and how to attach it.
Probably be easier to fill it w/ epoxy or something and paint it over since you have ports to spare.
