In a crossover, the Force would presumably exist in the Star Trek galaxy (there's no evidence that the Force is a phenomonon localized to the SW galaxy). But there's not a shred, not a whiff of evidence the Q are manifestations of the Force.

I have to wonder what Q is doing in a ST-SW vs Debate. I mean, get real, people. I know the pro-Trek groups like having him in their pocket as a club, I think its one that can be safely ignored. Q is outside the realm of any 'normal' crossover debate, and if you want to find a good debate with him, do Q vs Cthulu, Tzeentch, or Ptah. Something like that.
