As the sisters are Confused as hell, just at that moment some unaware Muslim Guy at some Mosque has a very bad day and declares the following statement at exactly the wrong time...

And we can guess how the Girls are going to respond to that.

Fucking hell, you have a thousand power-armored elite soldiers armed with automatic rocket-propelled grenades and an extremely short fuse dumped into the capital of Saudi Arabia. Then you toss in some extremely sneaky or terrifyingly powerful individuals (the Ordo Hereticus Inquisitors) into the mix. If it were just the Sisters alone, I'd expect them to charge off and get themselves wiped out, but not before doing significant damage. However, with Inquisitors around to temper their more spectacularly suicidal tendancies, they might as well be Astartes as far as Earth is concerned.

Considering that many inquisitors are psykers and probably have access to some serious computer-hacking/espionage equipment, I see them as a real threat. They'd be able to destabilize the region working on their own, most likely, but with the added confusion of the SoBs, who knows what will happen.
