Several years before the Gulf War, a female journalist did a story on gender roles in Kuwait. She noted that there it was customary for women to walk 10 feet behind their husbands.

After the war, she returned to Kuwait and was pleased to observe that now the men walked 10 feet behind their wives. She approached a woman at the airport and asked, "What enabled Kuwaiti women to achieve this role reversal?"

The Kuwaiti woman replied, "Land mines."

I suggest you read the announcements, like you should have when you got here, find out exactly what you did wrong, and then rapidly and sincerely apologize for it. There are rules in place here for a reason, and while I could understand if you broke with them for a legitimate, principled reason, what you're doing is anything BUT that. You're just being a brat who doesn't want to admit wrongdoing.

I'm not asking to be banned. I just found it very petty that he almost immediately put this in the Hall of Shame. It was a fucking joke. He's trying to punish me for talking about Operation Northwoods. That's a very Nazi-ish thing to do. If I get banned then GOOD! I don't want to be associated with a group of Nazi's.

Ugh, is there a reason you invoked Godwin's Law just because a mod was enforcing sensible rules? There's nothing Nazilike at all about making sure threads go in their proper forums and expecting posters to not put anything anywhere. If that rule wasn't in force, this whole board would be a gong show.

Besides these modern "trolls" are little more then annoying kids who think they get away with anything as long as the scream "MOD ABUSE!!!!!!" everytime someone calls them on it (it gets even more hilarious when person in question isn't a mod unlike Edi (or isn't a mod for that forum)).

Obviously, because beating the tar out of a person you disagree with makes all of their points invalid. Merely threatening them from the safety of your home with blustery, unsupported claims of machismo makes them double plus extra invalid, no less.
