My cycle has been constant since I first discovered teh hand at ... 12 or so. I vary between around three times a day to going a couple of weeks without at the extremes, with the average being about once every other day.

Varies on stress level. Sometimes twice a day, sometimes once every few weeks. I was a late bloomer, didn't meet Mr. Palm until 15.
