It's interesting, but with someone like Palin, whose politics are so utterly opposed to mine, it's such a huge turnoff. Yes, she is moderately attractive, but her worldview and personality do nothing for me at all, so I can't even think about something like that. I find her quite repulsive that way. Were I to be somehow given the opportunity to spend a night with Palin, I can honestly say without thinking about it for 3 seconds that I would decline. She's just... <shudder>. No.Crown wrote:Yes, but it would sound nice 'oohing' and 'aahing' and moaning. You're too much of a gentleman if you think I would want to hold a conversation with her, which is strange, because I've seen your porn collection!
And I hate to attack someone for something they cannot control, but her voice is just, argh. 10 seconds of that is 10 seconds too much. That "folksy" stuff gets old very fast. I mean, winking at the audience? "Drill baby, drill?" "Joe six-pack"? "Gosh Darn"? It's hard to imagine that someone who is a candidate for vice president can talk like that, yet still be considered suitable for such a job (of course, see Bush). Yes, there are people that find that appealling, but I've never met them.
