Anyone want to laugh at the thought of the person out side of the backwater known as USA, who actually takes one of those American baking rescipies and sets the oven at 350*c

My mother just sent me this recipe. I've had it before and it's pretty good.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup of uncooked rice
1/4 chicken or Chicken cube or chicken broth
4 cups of water
1/2 onion
1 potato (optional)
Green onion (optional)
salt and pepper
In the cooking pan put water, chicken, rice, onion (slice thin), salt together, bring to boil and simmer until rice is cooked and split. Do not cover to avoid the spill.
Dish out any fat that surface.
When the rice is half way split add potato (diced).
Continue to cook until the potato is done. If it is too thick, add water.
Turn the stove off, springle with spring onion and black pepper. Enjoy

Feline Addiction
1 Pound of Deboned Chicken (Breast Filets work perfect for this)
1 packet of Lemon Herb chicken seasoning
1 teaspoon ground catnip
1 teaspoon ground spearmint
1 teaspoon ground ginger
Add the ginger and the mints to the chicken seasoning
bake as the seasoning packet suggests
Adds a very strange spicy taste to the chicken
for those of us with Ferrats or Cats (Beware your pet may want the whole meal)

Not bad I.B. reminds me of the Dormmie stew I mentioned....
Here's a question, I'm going to make some baked (Rather then fried) Mojo Potatoes, who has some suggestions for spices to add to the flour and egg for the batter?

fool-proof pasta sauce:
take 100 gram Parma ham, and cut in small pieces.
Roughly half a litre cream, put it in a pot together with the parma ham, carefully boil up the cream-ham sauce, and let it boil down for at least 5 minutes.
Then take some 50 gram Parmesan (And I mean *real* parmesan, like Grana Padano or Parmesano Reggiano) and stir it in the sauce.
Season it with a bit pepper and salt.
Cook a 500 gram pasta, preferrably spaghetti, and mix it with the sauce.

Cardiac Grilled Cheese
Ingredients:
2 slices of white or potato bread
2 slices of American cheese (preferably deli cheese, not singles)
(optional) 1 slice of swiss, provolone, or other deli cheese
(optional) 1 slice of tomato
3/4 stick of butter
Directions:
Melt the entire stick of butter into a frying pan just large enough to hold the two slices of bread. Melt it quickly, on high, then turn the flame down low to keep the butter from boiling off. Slide the two slices of bread into the pan. Turn them frequently to make sure both sides get soaked in butter. Cook the bread on medium heat until light golden brown on both sides. Place the cheese and tomato on one slice of bread, put the other slice of bread on top, forming the sandwich. Continue to cook the sandwich on medium heat, turning frequently until the bread is cooked to the desired degree. Turn off the fire, place a lid over the pan, and leave it like this for a few minutes to melt the cheese. Serve with chocolate milk and a bowl of tomato soup (crackers optional). Suggested dessert: Alka Seltzer, cholesterol medication.

Wine (agian near turning to vinger for true authenticity)
Bits of Shredded meat (Authentically mutton works best, for total authenticity, slaughter the farmer, burn his house down, then use the shredded meat from the live stock)<Making sure to crucify the farmer+family as a warning to his rebellious countrymen that defying Rome is a "Bad Thing", also typical period war atrocities to family of farmer as well?
on one side of the Pita bread, rub in some wine and olive oil
add shredds of meat and broken up bits of hard cheese
Fold in half
