Indeed, hypervolume is the correct term. Or, one could simply use volume with the number of dimensions in front of it: 3-volume for the volume we are all familiar with, 4-volume for hypervolume, 2-volume for area, etc. Of course, this brings up something else to think about: Surface hypervolume of five dimensional shapes.
I might as well throw this out there too: The formula for finding the hypervolume of a 4-sphere is 1/2*pi^2*r^4.
I'm now going away for a while, as I have looked at the word 'volume' too much and it is now becoming strange.
