This intruiges me, care to elaborate?

GW has the Apocalypse supplement, which is for playing very large games. Part of this is special units called Formations which are usually groups of other units that give you bonuses for taking a fluffy set of units together, and fielding them as a larger unit. The formation he's referring to is the Steel Fury Bane Blade Company, 3 or more Bane Blades fielded as a unit.

right now I'm split in both fantasy and 40k. Currently Eldar/Marines and Dwarves/Lizards/Greens (hey I accidentally double clicked skull pass and now have a full gobbo hoard)

I've made some Star Wars-related Codices for 40K in the past. They're a bit scattered, though, and in dire need of refactoring...

After painting the sentinel, and some cadian infantry, I realized that customizing a few 40k sets into SW units would not be horribly difficult. The Cadians have similar appearances to the Rebel troops on Endor during that battle, Space MArines can be painted up like Stormies, Sentinels would work as ATPTs, and Perhaps some Eldar Jetbikes can be modified into speederbikes. Tau for battledroids, and I think there is at least on IG unit that resembles Vader.
