On the bright side, it looks like CA Prop 11 is getting similar numbers to Prop 8.

Contrast the Crowd with McCain's, Obama's folks are cheering McCain rather than booing him.

Wow, the reaction to McCain's name compared to Obama's name at the speeches is like night and day.

In MA, possession of an ounce or less or having it in your system is now only penalizable by a $100 fine and confiscation if over 18 (if under 18 they have this wacky week long thingy). Also extremely important, you can't be kicked out of a state college dorm for possession/having it in your system/the RA smelling it on you anymore.

Basically, they want it still kept on the down-low, but the penalty for getting caught is now a slap on the hand.

But now the question, what breed? A good American Pointer? Or a damn socialist German Sheppard? (Perhaps for humor value, A Husky or Alaskan Sheepdog. )

Well if things go the way they continue to, Missouri might go red. In a way, I'm kind of pleased that their bell weather status might be wrong.

56 Senate Democrats
40 Senate Republicans
4 Uncalled Franken looks very close with Coleman, so only 2 of those may be seizable.

217 House Democrats (almost to majority)

Obama is keeping the speech basic and to the point, he knows that he is going to have a nearly decisive control in the congress. No talk of bipartisanship or compromising in this speech.

Bleh @ #8 probably passing. At least we got the witch hunts out of our system in Massachusetts a couple centuries ago.
