non of the governments of the nations mentioned in the poll are designed to be a world government. that´s why it´s unlikely to work.
it would have to be designed completely new and could only come into existance in a very long and process.
holland might be a good place to look at, even though it could never ever work since there are way too many right wingers on this planet.
