Supplemental materials are the bane of all us poor, English-speaking otaku. Though to be honest I wouldn't mind reading about Lyle.

What I recall about Lyle was that he was a salaryman and that his older brother helped him through college. Also upon Neil's death, Lyle inherited that sweet car. The gist of the it was that Neil has been helping Lyle throughout his entire life. Also the novel mentions that Tieria controls Nadleeh through the power of his mind if that makes any sense. If only more pilots had an inner woman Gundam.

I wonder sort of cover story Lockon's death had.

Well, he does do that glowy eye thing like when he's interfaced with Veda. I'm surprised I never really cottoned on to that.

I wonder if we should establish some kind of spoiler policy in this thread, now that we've got these sweet spoiler tags. Maybe spoiler-tagging anything related to a new episode for about a week or so afterwards?

The Avalanche is a specific atmospheric flying upgrade with extra thrusters. While quite useful in the current situation, I'm not sure it would have helped out in space.

If 00 does malfunction next ep, I'd like to see it shelved for a while (maybe that's why the 0 Riser exists, to help stabilize the Twin Drive), and have Celestial Being bring out Avalanche Exia to plug the gap since they have Exia and can repair it anyway.
I thought they did build the Seven Swords set, but never bothered equipping it since they had yet to test 00 with Exia's GN drive and the Twin Drive and Seven Swords are mutually exclusive. Although I agree that we probably won't see Seven Swords since it's an MSV.

Yeah, luckily that's what forums are for. The Animesuki Forums have a lot of summaries on the supplemental info.

Wasn't Avalanche also completely useless after a few minutes, that all that high performance drained it of GN particles like Trans-AM?

I don't recall Avalanche Exia being atmospheric specific, but IIRC, it was designed to remedy Exia's biggest problem which was "great maneuverability/agility, not so hot straight line speed/mobility". It's good for 10 minutes of enhanced performance before running out of compressed GN particles, and takes 1hr to recharge. So Avalanche Exia basically gets 13 minutes of uber performance: 10 minutes out of the GN particle condensers in the Avalanche equipment, then 3 minutes of Trans-Am if required. That should be enough, shouldn't it? :P

Food for thought: if it's 10 min of uber-performance for 1hr recharge, does that mean that it'll be performing at 6x output during that 10 minutes? So Avalanche Exia is twice as much ownage as Trans-Am mode Exia? What happens when you kick in that performance AND also activate Trans-Am? 18x performance?
I know there is a method, but all I see is the madness.

It was odd of Sergei to just let off Soma go off with some guy he's never actually met, considering he acted as her father for five years....

Man, was I the only one who was getting a brother/sister vibe from Allelujah and Soma?

That makes that screencap incredibly creepy.

I can't wait to see Tieria in a dress next episode. hawt. And you're supposed to get a brother/sister vibe from those two. Japan is all about banging your sister. And MISTAA BUSHIDO continues his weeaboo antics. He must own every Final Fantasy ever made.

Well, Gundam KUSO 3 and 4 are out on Youtube, with their usual wacky re-edited hilarity.
Spoiler
KUSO 3 has a surprise pilot for the new throne amongst other edits ... KUSO 4 has Saiji wanting him to help and Sestuna, of course, gives him the hobo-Exia.

Random far-fetched idea: What if Sergei develops a similar relationship to Louise? That would bring things to a head with Andrei, give Sergei something to do in the story and it fits in well since he already knows Saji, setting up for Louise and Saji's eventual reunion.

From Ngee Khiong

Right now, I will stick to NZ-003 Gadessa and GNR-101A GN Archer.

Information from CyberGundam (potential spoilers here and there, highlight to read - at your own risk ^^;): Spoiler
- GN Archer will be piloted by Marie
- GN Archer can combine with Arios
- Louisse will upgrade from piloting GN-XIII to Soma's Customized Ahead
- NZ-003 Gadessa is an MS specialized for Innovator
- Mr. Bushido's Ahead is Sakigake (? - サキガケ. Full text: ブシドーアヘッドはサキガケ)
For the Gunplas, both units are in HG 1/144 scale format. Gadessa is 1,575 Yen, while GN Archer is 1,260 Yen (inclusive of tax). Also to be released in the HG 1/144 line is O Raiser, which can combine with 00 Gundam.

All three to be released in January next year. No information on O Raiser's price at the moment.

Spoiler
Who wants to bet the weapon the Innovators' suit is carrying is a nuke, or something of that order? It looks rather bulky for a "small arm".
Spoiler
And Sergei dying at some point seems to be the obvious catalyst for Soma going back into the piloting business. Hopefully he'll go out with a significant bang.

So, the 00 has the O-riser, the Arios has the GN Archer and from the pics of the model there's still some stuff the Seravee can do we haven't seen yet. I wonder if the Cherudim gets some funky gimmick too.

I wouldn't be surprised. A-LAWS are Titans Redux, after all, and a giant ass-fuck solar-powered laser would be a bit of a non-sequitur in 00.

We know from the models that the Cherudim's tail are actually defense 'fin funnel' type shields. But CB thrives on hidden tech, so hopefully we'll see more.

So far the 00 has been really disappointing - it has the Exia's power output squared, but so far all we've seen is an Exia with two sword/gun devices instead of one, and is a more much unreliable machine on top of that.

Now, that's cool. I was wondering why they'd ditch the Dyname's huge sheilds from the design. I wonder if Wang gave them a hand with that; with Nena working for her now she might've gave them the plans from Zwei's GN Fangs or something.

Well they've got to leave something for the mid-season power-up ;) I figure once they roll out the 0-Riser it'll turn into a murder-machine.

Also, each one of the GN Shield Bits has a GN Gun on them, or so I hear. Cherudim also has a holographic visor set-up that it uses in conjunction with this (instead of the normal sniper scope) to coordinate them and maintain it's ability to attack. Also, the GN bit tech could all be home grown. The Gundam Rasiel and GN-Sefer had proto-GN bits on them. Since Rasiel and Sefer were prototype units from back when the third gen suits were built it is possible that CB produced proper and more miniaturized GN bits in the intervening years for Cherudim.

Well hopefully right before they role out the 0-Riser since that is designed to work with a fully functional Twin Drive or so I hear. Consider that an ~86% Twin Drive GN Field was able to force a GN beam shot back onto its user and result in a kill. I imagine a full power, fully functional Twin Drive would essentially be invulnerable and turn back beam attacks on the order of Akatsuki from SEED Destiny.

Here's an interesting picture:
Spoiler This also shows a detail of the Gadessa's lance-thing. It's definately a ranged weapons of some sort, and what I thought was the warhead actually seems to be the non-killing end.

Fuuuuck yeah! :D Man, he looks good in that uniform. It suits him better than anyone else. Also, Louise looks pretty good in casual clothes, though I have been wondering what they used to replace her missing hand. It's probably some sort of cybernetic prosthetic, but it strikes me as odd that was never considered in the first season when regrowing it was out.

Also, I saw Sunday's ep. I was impressed by Sergei's farewell, but at the same time I'm surprised they tied the Marie plot thread off so quickly. Also, I think Graham has reached a new height of badassitude by intercepting a beam shot from the 00 with his saber.

Yeah, the plot moved a lot faster than I expected; I was expecting a few more episodes of will-they-won't-they. But now we've moved back to the main event: transvestite robots.

NADLEEH! You know that probably isn't Tieria. A lot of people have pointed out that we see three tubes with purple haired people in the OP. Then again, the fact that we all want to see Tieria in a dress is just a testament to how skillfully the director has managed to train us. We want it soooo bad.
