Ronnie James Dio and Robert Plant are two favorites of mine. There are others, but I'd need to get back to you.

It's not really a thread about the singers you find better, but just which bands did a good job at replacing a singer.
I.E. I think Van Halen did a good job replacing Roth, but did a lousy job replacing Hagar, but I still find Roth the far superior of the three.

Indeed. I think Dio's the superior singer, personally. Artistically, if nothing else, Dio's lyrics are much better.inasilentway wrote:Dio over Ozzy?
