Seriously though, they need to explain the boobs more so than just "Sumeragi said so because no one would expect a woman to be a Gundam Meister." Under such an act of plot does that mean Sumeragi can make Lockon come back to life or make Hal appear? I'd be really interested to know just how far she can go.

Well, did you guys see his reflection in the puddle when he was talking to Regene on the island? Fully female form before anything related to the party segment began. Definitely something more going on than simply Sumeragi thinking it would be a good cover.

Well, uh, maybe Tiera is actually a woman. I mean, as Spanky put it back in the day, it seriously looks like the character designers were putting together a female character, then just arbitrarily made her male.

I'm doubtful of that, he has to at least be genetically male (although I do agree with Spanky's assessment). He's always been referred to as male, Regene said that they have the same DNA, Regene is referred to as male by both himself and Ribbons, etc. Now maybe there's some weird thing going on with Innovators where they can turn themselves into women (not impossible since without the influence of the Y chromosome we'd all be physically female) through use of their nanomachines and just because it needs to be included, GN particles, but don't you think the other members of CB would ask questions of Tieria suddenly sprouting breasts? I know the Meisters all keep secrets, but I doubt something like this would get a simple pass.

Ali's Gundam has beam sabers on its toes.... But he can hold his own against the Seravee and 00. Good thing for Setsuna and Tiera, the Arios and Cherudim showed up.
Billy seems to have a new mobile suit for Mr. Bushido ready to roll out. It looks like it will be the new rival for the 00 Gundam-O Raizer combo.
Marie/Soma has started working to earn her keep....
The Seravee looks like it's emulating the The-Om with those hidden arms with beam sabers.

Seravee either has random limbs a la The O, or there's another Gundam inside it. A freakin' hand came out of the leg bazooka complete with a beam saber to go with it. They've been holding off on releasing the Seravee HCM-Pro just like they did with Virtue so we'll have to wait until the new gimmick has been revealed to start getting good Seravee merchandise. Of course, none of that was a match for Arche, which has fangs and more beams sabers than Infinite Justice. This episode also had the most awesome use of Ptolomey TRANS-AM. Next episode, Tieria shower scene. Oh god why. Does he even need to bathe?

Does anyone else think that Ian's concern about how powerful the 0-Raizer will make the 00? It's like he's invented the Wing Zero. Personally, I'm just hoping Lasse Aeon gets to pilot it, like with Setsuna's GN Arms last season.

00's charged shot was satisfying - the forums are saying it was because he hit the bridge, but I think it was clearly a charged, powerful shot that went past the bridge and right into the critical areas, thanks to the twin drive's power.

That attack was ridiculous. It was basically the same kind of power as Temjin's beam rifle sword from Virtual On. Then again, 00's weapons are beam rifle swords. Coincidence? Did anyone catch Patrick getting shot down again? It's a good thing he's immortal.

At least he was the last GN-XIII pilot to get hit and only took minimal damage this time, so he is improving

Now that they're back in space I can't wait for 00's giant beam sabers. The GN Sword II's can also activate as beam sabers with the physical blade as the core. Given the power of the charged shot we might be talking about Epyon-level beam saber fun time.

To add to Ali's beamfeet and Tiera's bonus arms, the preview for the next episode shows MISTAH BUSHIDO's new suit- it's got beam sabers for fingers.

The theme for season two is apparently BEAMSABERS EVERYWHERE.

I'm pretty sure that is an Innovator suit considering its simularity to the Gadessa. Speaking of which, that GN Mega Launcher was awesome to see fire, certainly the prettiest beam weapon so far in 00.

Compare Mr Bushido's suit to the suit we see in the preview. You can see the former's basically an Ahead with a samurai helmet for a head, whereas the second is the Gadessa, only black.

EDIT: Which makes me wonder what they're called. I vote for "Mr Bushido's Further Ahead".

Beamfingers is almost certainly going to belong to Healing Care, and not Mister Bushido. He desires the fastest speed and the strongest sword. Beamfingers may have beam sabers for fingers, but that is totally not what Graham asked for.

Only reason Setsuna was losing so badly was because he didn't have any GN Daggers to throw at the Fangs

On that note, I think we can reasonably predict a Lockon/Prince Ali throwdown at some point. Well, that would be immediately obvious, but I'm thinking Fangs versus Shield Bits. I'm just a sucker for good Funnels fights.

Thinking about the reposition of obsolete equipment for different roles, now that the GN-XIII's GN Lance has proven to be pretty useless against the Gundams, without the ranged firepower and really to just cut or destroy, it would only make sense for the GN-XIII to be modified for other roles. Even in Code Geass the mooks could draw on bigger bazookas; the Feddies really need to get more use out of their GN-XIIIs. Of course, we will also see more Aheads; I'm not sure if A-LAWs will get Gadessas as well.

Whatever, the Gunpla machine is running on max right now anyways....

The shield bits are interesting - maybe they will actually block the Fangs. That's something we haven't seen much before in Gundam: offensive funnels versus defensive funnels.

Team Patrick is really starting to grow on me. He's just such a shameless goofball. What will happen when he finally *isn't* shot down in the first 10 seconds of a fight with C_B's gundams?

The ion cannon has me a bit worried we might be back in the cliched world of Solar Ray Guns, colony drops and Peacemillion spacestations. There's no shades of grey here: the A-LAWs are bad. But its more emotional for me to see a world that was formerly grey turn black and white, makes the new evil worse.
