Championship Manager! So addictive it gives you your own addictiveness rating! I re-installed it last week and i've already gone past "That smell is your dinner burning" and am plowing thorugh "remember to wash".

One of my friends quit her boy friend because he'd only come off the game for one thing!

You might wanna talk to my dad Wong. Several years ago, 1997 or so, i convnced him to sit down and play the original C&C. How he won't play any other kind of game. He has EVERY version of C&C going so far as to get the original Dune 2 for a laugh and he takes over my comp once a week. Personally i hate it.

The game that keepe me comming back for more is Homeworld. I have it installed in 3 different directories so i can play each of the different Mods. Deus Ex is another that keeps me going. It was such an involving plot better than a holywood movie as far as plot goes. I wonder what Part 2 will be like.

LOL

Reminds me of my dad. I downloaded the Tiberian Dawn demo around that time and got my dad to play it. He spent seven hours playing the second mission.

Mike: You should do what he does in TS, play it on the highest speed against the hardest AI. :D

Ever played Total Annihilation?

Still not all i hoped for. Is it really that hard to make a RTS Star Wars game that won't suck like a White House Inturn?

No need i still have a fully functioning C64 in my room. I keep all my comps and keep them in good nick. I estimate that in 20 years they'll be worth a fortune.

A few weeks ago I stumbled across the CD again and as a result I wasn't able to leave the house for days.

No one mentioned the GTA series?

The GTA demo on PSX alone made me an insomniac.

I only ever made it all the way through that game once. The stupid room full of conveyors always messed me up. I always ended up getting killed when I got to the bottom conveyor.

Still, I liked playing that game just to wail on the green sumo and the ninja. :D

My son wanted to play Command and Conquer: Tiberian Sun because the CD looks cool. So I installed it on his computer, and helped him play a few missions. Now, I can't stop playing this damned game!

My mind screams STOP! It's a stupid game where one-unit massed charge attacks rule the day, 5 machine-gunners can take down a tank, and mecha roam the countryside. But I keep playing it anyway.

Help!
I love that game. the tactics are weak, the plot confusing, and the missions guesswork, but I've spent 2 hrs on some missions. if you need any help with the nod, just ask. I played them obsessively.

Orcs get cyclops, humans get paladins, somebody gets phenix...and somebody gets dragons....ARGH! CANT REMEMBER!!!! Now I'm gonna have to put it into find out. Thanks for nothing!
I love that game. sorceress gets pheonix, warlock gets dragons. . .

but the code 32167 gets you dragons too! bhwhahahaha. . .

fun, fun game. good music, good storyline, videos, and battle graphics, as well as plot.

I never got re-addicted to an old game that I had completely stopped playing except for maybe Diablo 2 LOD. I got re-addicted to that for like a 2-3 months and was playing all day long, that is a reason that I wan't posting here much back then.

Nope, in fact, Age of Mythology is about twice as fast paced than Age of Empires was which I like :D . You won't be killed by 2 units but it is easy to get an army within 7-8 minutes.

Yes. Sudden Strike 2, even small 2-player matches can take a couple hours.
