As for durability, alot of the "heavy" repulsortanks are a good fraction of an AT-AT's Mass/volume, but without the troop carrying capability, so I'd guess they'd have broadly similar durability (to within an order of magnitude). And almost ecertainly comaprable to a Juggernaut.
