Can Georgia Tech make it into the NCAA tourney?

Post by Lord MJ »

For those that follow college basketball, and seen any GT games or know thier stats.

Do you believe that they have a shot at reaching the tournament?

I'm finally getting interested in GT Basketball, since thier finally getting good. Also with the disapointing football season, I need something to hope for.

Sure, our baseball team is #1, but I consider baseball to be the single most boringest sport to watch or even read about.

Of course they have a shot. Tech has a slew of tough ACC games ahead of it, but definitely has a shot; Clemson looks pretty vulnerable.

I really don't follow college basketball as much as I should, but yeah, Tech has a shot. Now that football recruiting season is winding down, maybe I ought to follow basketball for the next month...

I'm studying for the CPA exam. Have a nice summer, and if you're down just sit back and realize that Joe is off somewhere, doing much worse than you are.

I honestly think that every ACC team except Clemson (maybe even them) and Florida State has a solid shot at making the Tourney. MD, Duke, NC, and Wake are almost locks I think (unless something really screwey happens). Both NC State and Tech will have to play hard and get a road win or two under their belts (somewhere other than at Florida State) or alternatively win the ACC Tourney which is also doable.

Hey, Florida State isn't as bad as they used to be. The ACC is very competitive this year. Mainly because it's full of sophmores and freshmen having to play 40 minutes each game.

Both the SEC and the ACC are tough as hell this year. The average SEC/ACC team is going to play a more difficult schedule than most other teams.
