I was just reading about how Bush made the alteration to the Sec State's salary so Hillary could fill the post, and the comments by the retards on CNN's website are mind boggling. So many of them think that Dubya was altering the constitution simply because they mentioned the constitutional law that prevents a senator from taking a higher paying position whose salary increase they approved, when he didn't actually change anything in the constitution at all, just the salary itself. Christ on a stick I hate stupid people.
