Being as I am big fan of Astroboy, I will invariably see this. The thing is, I don't know what to expect. Will it just be a fun adventure movie? I'm fine with that, so long as it's well executed. On the other hand, Astroboy has always had some simple but mature themes using robots and how humans react to them as a medium. I'd like to see some of that explored. The best parts of the 2003 series were always the human/robot conflicts.
