Well if he's not a waiter then what's he doing there? Secondly none of the poor people we've seen on Persephony(sp) wear hawaiian shirts. Not even Walsh wears them yet. I'll have to keep a closer eye out but I don't remember anyone wearing shorts either.

Well seeing as they dress in a victorianish style and clearly consider themselves better then everyone else (for the most part). I'd say it's a pretty good bet that a hawaiian shirt would be looked down upon. Even a petty thief with delusions of grandeur wears a business coat and tie, albeit threadbare and dirty.

Why can't it be as simple as what it looks like? Someone wandered into the frame and either they didn't notice or they didn't think we would when it got edited.
