Which is interesting, because bisexual male characters are pretty damn rare in media. Seriously rarer than fully gay men or bisexual women.

It didn't take NC8 very long at all to get those coordinates. I guess we get to spend the next few webisodes stretching out the raptor scenes with bouts of paranoia and in-fighting amongst the remaining ppl or more projections back on New Caprica. Maybe Sharon will screw up a couple of times before she finally pegs down the right coordinates, because I don't want to see three episodes of "ZOMG! TEH TOASTUR!!"

It sucks that Felix was the only survivor left and the other two pilots also bought the farm. Wonder what Felix would do next? It seems that he is going to do something that would break the alliance between the Colonials and Cylons.

We all knew the alliance was tenuous at best anyway; it was only going to take one incident to blow it out of the water, despite the efforts of the fleet brass to keep the peace.

Well, Episode 8... congratulations Felix Gaeta. You've got a psycho ex. That's going to be some real shit when that Raptor gets back with that Eight being the person who used Gaeta to select the people to be executed on New Caprica on top of murdering four people. That's par for the course in terms of Random Acts of Crazy from Cylons, but the Fleet isn't going to take it well. It's very much going to look like that Eight took the first chance she could get to slaughter some humans.

I wish Gaeta had had a little more self-control though...now it looks rather like *he* killed everybody on the ship. I'm sure Adama will accept his report, but it sure would seem a bit weirder than marching in "a murderous Cylon." Who, frankly, would probably confess considering that she seems to think he is worthier of survival than the rest.

The 8s seem to be the ones that are diverging the fastest, but all the Cylons (as individuals) are developing independent personalities from that they are "supposed" to have. The lack of resurrection (meaning memories can't be shared or possibly tweaked) is probably contributing to that, but a lot of it is just time as their experiences are different. Sure, some might end up being nice folks, but the bad ones will end up causing a lot more trouble. And they don't even realize it or know that it's a problem yet.

Finally, part 10: I was hoping for a little more, but I guess we'll have to wait for the final episodes to see what Gaeta has in mind. I can't even begin to speculate what he's got in mind except that he might try to assassinate someone critical to the alliance.

Overall, The Face of the Enemy rates 3 out of 5 for me.
