It's a theory of the Universe, written by Chris Langan. It's extremely weird, and from what I've read, it seems to be pure bullshit. I (and everybody else in the world) would've dismissed this as horseshit if it wasn't for the fact that he may be the smartest man in the world, with an IQ of 195. From what I can tell though, that's not really the case. He was on that gameshow when you face a mob (it's name escapes me), and he didn't seem very intelligent. There's also an interesting documentary about him on Youtube, in which he comes off as an arrogant prick. Interestingly enough, he's also a major proponent of Intelligent Design, which seems to come up in the paper. At the very least, I think it's interesting to see what kind of stuff a man with that IQ came up with. The paper is extremely dense, and I'm having difficulty reading it, but again, it smells like bullshit from what I've read. It seems to me that the main lesson to take away from this is that IQ isn't that important.
