Anyway say if I take a M-16, Volly three shots off at a target X distance away, Assuming through Techobabble, Luck or Gnomes that they hit said target, How much force would they have?
Assuming if you fired at a 70% Angle at a target X miles away(The nessary minium for it to come down and hit a target level with you)

In vacuum, they would come down with their original muzzle velocity intact. However, in an atmosphere they would be slowed down by aerodynamic drag. There is no first-principles way to derive it accurately; you would need empirical figures on the drag coefficient and frontal area of a bullet, and you would also need to assume that it doesn't start tumbling.
