I'm surprised no one has posted that graphic for the last couple weeks. Anyway, here's the talkback thread for tonight's dose of Ga-crack-tica.

Also, please be mindful of people who do not want to know spoilers for NEXT week's episode.

Damn you and your preemptive preemptive post!

In any case, I'm gonna go ahead and give this episode a 5, even though I haven't watched it, and it won't start airing for another 10 minutes.

The look on Tigh's face when Roslyn walked out of the bedroom was priceless.

Start tallying the death marks, because Mutiny is a Capital Offense.......

I never have been that happy to see Starbuck. Ever.

Damn, they brought back one of those Pegasus goons!

I do like how they're showing just how much Adama relies on Gaeta...and what happens when he goes fucking evil.

Current mutineer count:
Gaeta, Racetrack, Skulls, Narcho, Seelix and that Pegasus goon we haven't seen since "Resurrection Ship".

They are making damn sure that you hate all of the mutineers so much that each one can be slowly tortured to death and no one will complain in the least.

My guess is whoever thinks they are badass and tries to take out the Chief will regret it. I just get the feeling he will be underestimated and kill whoever it is.

Yes I completely see Baltar siding with Adama.

They dont have to try hard, the title says it all; betraying your oath like this merits you an airlock at best. I suspect Felix in for a very nasty end....

Zarek once referred to Bill Adama as "Zeus"

Ever seen a pissed off King of the Gods?

Oy vey Starbuck. You ruined it for me. Don't fuck things up by wanting to kill....

Also, Adama and Tigh still prove their total badassery...even at age 60-70ish. I just watched "Rome" and am wondering if they're like older versions of Lucious Vorenus and Titus Pullo...IN SPAAAAAAACE.

Zarek once referred to Bill Adama as "Zeus"

Ever seen a pissed off King of the Gods?
Zeus: Why you keep calling me Jésus? I look Puerto Rican to you?
John McClane: Guy back there called you Jésus.
Zeus: He didn't say Jésus. He said, "Hey, Zeus!" My name is Zeus.
John McClane: Zeus?
Zeus: Yeah, Zeus! As in, father of Apollo? Mt. Olympus? Don't fuck with me or I'll shove a lightning bolt up your ass? Zeus! You got a problem with that?
John McClane: No, I don't have a problem with that.

I kinda figured it wasnt going to be a one-shot resolution. Right now though, I havent a clue as to how the hell they work through this disaster. I got a bad feeling :? This better not be Tigh and Adama's last stand though, no matter how awesome they looked there

Anyone else catch Capt. Kelly leading the squad to the airlock?

Okay, show of hands - who wants to see some Rebel Centurions go Valley of Death on the mutineers? I know, I know - it'll never happen. But when I saw the previews of that goon asking Apollo "Where are your precious Cylons now?" I really wanted there to be one of the chrome-plated sons-of-bitches there.

"Where are your precious Cylons now?"

"Oh... Right behind you."

[a giant metallic closes around the goon's face]

"Mmmf mmf muh mff"

"You know, that doesn't sound like an apology to me. Say like you mean it. Oh, and refer to yourself as 'Mary' from now on."

Also, boo for Laird's death. Double boo for Racetrack turning her coat.

It should also be noted that this confirms the theory that Tigh - and apparently Adama - do not posses blood. They run on pure badass sauce.

I liked the scenes with Baltar; at first it seems like he's being his usual weasel self in evacuating, but it turns out that it was Tyrol's idea for him to leave. And him trying to talk Felix down instead of working an angle was nice as well.

Yep; I figured he'd turn up, given his obsession in season 3.

Holy frak what an episode. Although I should have turned the TV off before next week's preview.
Spoiler
(which I highly doubt), then we now know who the dying leader is.
Also, I kind of liked Seelix, in a platonic, character way. Racetrack, there hasn't been all that much character development, but Seelix started off as a deck hand. And she's just bitter because Starbuck coming back crushed her chances with Anders.

I donno, It just might. It certainly appears a large number of Galactica's marines and pilots are compromised, and the civvies arent in any condition to do anything . So, where else in the fleet are there any combat troops?
*Eyes Cylon basestar, which the President , Baltar, Lee and Starbuck are en route to...... hmmm :P

That episode could not have had more badassery crammed into it.

Adama is always ready to go out with class, just as we saw in Exodus. "Its been an honor to serve with you, my friend." I was hoping they would resolve this in one episode and we would get to see airlock justice served on Gaeta and Zarek, but no dice. I can't help but feel that if Roslin had gotten her ass in motion last episode, this would have all been avoidable. But, as evident from the scenes on Galactica, there is quite a bit of support for the revolution. The fleet has really descended into madness, a theme we've seen in all three episodes this season.

I also loved the smaller characters who were dragged back for this one. Kelly, Gage, Laird, Racetrack, Seelix, Baltar's women...

All around excellent episode, it really has set the tone for the end of this series.
