While we haven't had this come up before this will be the policy going forward:
Any Governor/Mod who is a member of the Senate by virtue of that post who then resigns that post shall remain a member of the Senate unless they resign in accordance with Rule 2.C.I.
Any Governor/Mod who is a member of the Senate by virtue of that post who is removed by the rest of the admin staff shall remain a member of teh Senate unless removed by a vote in accordance with Rule 2.C.II.a.
If anyone has questions or concerns about this feel free to let it be known but barring an overrule from Mike or the Admins this will be the policy here.
