OK. Dumped the mixed up rogues thing and went with them grouped by hero. Started with Bats first, and will do Supes when they are done going off to the left, then keep branching out.

The Two-Face looks pretty passive and indifferent, which I could get behind because the two sides of him may cancle out or whatever, but it doesn't look right to me.
