Who is more attractive?
Who is more attractive? Hoshi or T'Pol? I think that, when you get down to it, Hoshi is more attractive than T'Pol. I mean, they tried to make T'Pol sexy, and pretty much ruined it with that butt-ugly jumpsuit and man-hair. And they tried to give Hoshi the nerdy look. But when you get down to it, Hoshi is more attractive.

Hoshi...she has a much better face...more open and friendly looking at the very least.

Hoshi. I prefer a cute Asian woman with personality to a deadpan bitch in a leotard with a little boy's haircut.
And while not really part of my personal tastes, I do think that Jolene Blalock can look attractive in real life, like in this picture:

I say this poll would've been more fair if we were debating who's cuter, Porthos or T'Pol?

I like Hoshi, she has sort of an undefinable quality. T'Pol looks like a fucking mannequin

LOL...I wasn't meaning in any other way...just saying it might've gotten a couple more votes for T'Pol...neoolong wrote:Ghost Rider wrote:

Hoshi, I mean yes T'Pol has looks but she acts like a fucking rod is stuck up her ass and unless that rod is my dick I don't want to deal with it.

Hoshi. I like women who don't worship the silicone god.

It always comes down to a choice between two types: the slut or the virgin. Which would you rather fuck? Just like if you were to choose between Ginger or Mary Ann. For purposes of comparison, T'pol is the nearest analogue to the slut: catsuit and silicone padding all. Hoshi is the more natural and also seems the more naive of the two. She's the one you'd rather nail.
But then, really, both are stick-insects compared to TOS women. I like women with some curves on them, myself.

If I recall correctly, that dress was held on by two-sided tape.

I also have to go with Hoshi... not exactly gorgeous, but definitely not bad, and the personality just kicks it right over the divider.
I would liketo point out, though, that there have been some attractive Vulcan women...
T'Pring, from the TOS ep, "Amok Time," was quite a looker.
Saavik (both Kirstie Alley and Robin Curtis) was quite attractive, as well.
And you're all going to think this is gross, but T'Pau was -- not sexy, but definitely attractive for a woman her age.
Funny thing is, it's only been since TNG that Vulcan women have been sporting Vulcan mens' hairstyles... probably some PC bullshit about gender equality, which is great -- but do women have to look like men in order to be equal to them? Ugh.

Yes... The very delectable Arlene Martel, one of the beauties of 60s TV.Raoul Duke, Jr. wrote:I also have to go with Hoshi... not exactly gorgeous, but definitely not bad, and the personality just kicks it right over the divider.

Agreed. Though I shade toward Kirstie myself.Saavik (both Kirstie Alley and Robin Curtis) was quite attractive, as well.
You could tell she must have been quite a looker when she was younger and she didn't let herself fall apart. All that East European dignity and equipoise definitely makes her impressive as well. And you're all going to think this is gross, but T'Pau was -- not sexy, but definitely attractive for a woman her age.
Actually, it's far more down to the general lack of imagination on the part of the producers. TOS Vulcanoids all had their own hairstyles. Every Vulcanoid ended up with the mop-top haircut because they decided we viewers would get confused otherwise, or something like that.Funny thing is, it's only been since TNG that Vulcan women have been sporting Vulcan mens' hairstyles... probably some PC bullshit about gender equality, which is great -- but do women have to look like men in order to be equal to them?
