parrot-fundie: similar lifeform?????

Post by Guardsman Bass »

Why oh why has no one noticed this similarity before, especially the fundies??!! Why havent they recognized their long lost brethren??

Think about the similarities!

1. Both repeat whatever has been taught to them, with little or no analysis or criticism, and with numerous errors.
2. Both love to fly around and bug people at tropical hotels.
3. Both have really big mouths.
4. Neither approaches normal human beings(homo sapiens sapiens) in intellect(although if what people said on the "next sentient lifeform forum" about parrots is true, the parrots are gaining on them!")

In conclusion, however, there is one difference. The parrots have a beloved position in human society and will live on as pets. However, the fundies' fate will not be so good. They will suffer and die when I become God-Emperor, and the survivors will be put in matrix-like mental hookups where upon they will be butt raped by a random assortment of the most conservative religious leaders and most annoying newspeople. amen

The parrots better off in the long run, but sorry I have already reserved the title God Emperor for myself.

Parrots have actually demonstrated learning words and recognizing them. They learn things taught after awhile...

Fundies... Well, most just seem to ignore what you say...

I'd say the parrots are more like the people that listen to the fundies. They hear something, and without even knowing what it means, repeat it over and over again.

Parrots are far smarter than fundies, and better-looking, too.
Don't hate; appreciate!

unfortunately you cant take fundies into a pet store and whack em on the counter and watch feathers fly off.

cant do that with living parrots either but who cares..

HA! No one voted for the fundies! I say parrots, because they can fly.

The fundie. They're OBVIOUSLY susceptible to brainwashing and stories that play on their mortal fears. There's no reason why you couldn't capture a fundie and make them think any way you wanted.

Remember: True fundies kill and die in the name of God. And you KNOW you want Minion Hordes.

I heard a story in which someone at a zoo with a parrot on his shoulder quietly told the parrot "Fuck you" over and over again, then put him on a rail and walked away. To everyone's surprise, the parrot told anyone who passed "Fuck you" and caused quite a commotion. At least parrots are smart enough to do that and not fundies.

Depends on what kind of "bite" you're talking about.

When it comes to destroying quality education, the fundie's bite is much worse.

The relationship between parrots and fundies may be observable in macro situations. But sadly after a short bit of genetics testing they appear to be the same species as humans.
