Of course I did, i'm not talking about the bloody thumbnails ;)

That's a pretty easy thing to do. Either tamper with "temperature" in Photoshop, (and if that's a RAW, tweak "White Balance" in whatever RAW editor you have), or just turn on "selective color" and push the "blue" color towards being even more blue. Selective saturation works nice on some photos (but it totally ruins stuff sometimes).
WB works on all the photo is what I meant, I know how to adjust WB ;)

Not the thumbs. After you click the thumbs, you just get a larger thumb - click on it and see the full size.

Oh, didn't notice the second thumb.
Well, photobucket/imageshack are still rather weak for photography, go over to smugmug, flickr, picasa like the rest of us! Join the crowd!

I find the 10 Years sign and the last of the Young Pioneers photos to be particularly striking. The only fixes I would recommend would be to somehow mellow the sky by a few stops in the latter, and do a minor rotate and crop for the former (to level the bottom of the sign and take the bit of frame out of the left edge.)

You are a good photographer and I enjoy your photos. But the text added to some of them is very out of place and detracts from the composition, I think.

I don't add text to stuff that I consider worthwhile as a standalone photo. Text is mostly added to scraps, bad photos which could be salvaged as some sort of posters or anything, since they can't stand on their own.

It's times like this that make me wonder if I should pay a visit to Russia one day. :) The big issue is cost.

Very nice photos, Stas.

That's a lot of stuff, a lot of it good :). Do you live near these areas? The weather (white sky) really detracts from a lot of them, they look much better, say, in dark cloudy weather (especially with the elements of decay, etc')

Is that sarcasm? I live in Omsk dude. That's 3000 km away from "these areas" in Moscow. And probably a whole 5000 km away from the "areas" I will show next. I just love travelling.

No, I just didn't see that all of the area where from Moscow.
Nice distance, though for a few thousand KM I'd rather visit England or the states ;)
