The Cosmic AC (AKA Omnivac) is an AI based in hyperspace that can reverse entropy, survived the heat death of its universe and then recreated it. Just before the heat death of the universe it fused with the collective consciousness of humanity (who had at this point turned into classic sci-fi energy beings) and is supposed to know everything that can be known.

But a quantified comparison with something from the Mythos is pretty much impossible. And this should be in Fantasy, at any rate.

What you didn't do is offer any opinion of your own, with support including quantification of capabilities so that they can be compared.

People are not going to do the research for you.

Also, attempting to quantify mythos entities is pretty much deliberately impossible. They are, after all, beyond the capability of man to comprehend, and all who try go irrevocably insane.
